Enrollment

2024-2025 Enrollment Information 

Enrollment for our 2024-2025 school year begins Monday, July 22nd between the hours of 9:00am-2:00pm. (An appointment is not necessary but highly recommended)

The following information must be provided in order to enroll your student:

- Your child’s birth certificate

- Your child’s immunization records

- Your child’s school transcripts or most recent report card

• - Proof of residency(utility bill or lease agreement in your name)

 - Parent ID

Once you have gathered all the required documents and completed all the attached forms, please email them to Michelle.George@slps.org or call (314) 776-5091 to schedule an appointment to bring them in person.
